Following a number of years recruiting for Drivers and clients seeing the way we fill roles – making sure each candidate fits the best they can, we were continuously asked to supply staff for other sections of the companies we already worked with. This included warehouse, admin and cleaning to name a few.
We took our processes and developed them to cover other sector’s needs. Understanding that the work life balance must be manageable, we consider all staff needs and match suitable candidates to the vacancies we have available. We now fill almost as many vacancies over the other skill sets as we do driving.
Already having a good understanding of how the clients work and what they look for makes it possible to supply effectively.
